Hi, My name is Émylie and I’m from Chambly, which is a little suburb of Montreal. Chambly is cross by a river call the Richelieu River, so there are rapids and the pond of this river in Chambly. I always have been interest in rapids (kayaking, rafting) but never had the opportunity to do river kayaking, this interest increase even more when I came to live in Chambly because there are always people doing river kayaking in Chambly’s rapid. I use to spend allot of time watching them and looking at all their manoeuvres. I had the opportunity in TTA to do river canoeing and I really enjoyed it, this just increase my fascination about white water sports. Finally, in the future I don’t think I’m going to do a job that concern adventure tourism, so in five years I see me finishing my BAC. at the University and hopefully going for the master’s degree.
